When it comes to strength training, there are thousands of training plans on the market and everyone claims to have the best.
In my opinion, the “best training plan” or the “best training system” doesn’t exist. A training plan and a training system can be the best option for you at a given time. But this can change very quickly depending on your life situation.
After a certain time, you will be able to evaluate for yourself which system is best for you at what time.
The term "best" is very relative and thus not measurable. That is why we don't offer you the best but propably the most time saving & high intensive training programs.
Depending on your experience and goals, we offer different training plans, which all represent the same system. If you do not have individual wishes, then the standardized products are the right option for you. After your payment, the plan will be immediately available to download.
For special desires, choose the individual training plan. After your payment was accepted, you will receive a form. Download the document, fill out all the questions and then send it back to us. As soon as we received your filled out form, we'll put together your personal training plan and send it to you within 5-7 working days.
