Protein Berry Mousse - Recipe

The sweetest sugar-free mousse you have ever tried.

..and richer in Proteins & Vitamins. Perfect for sports people

This is my typical Sunday breakfast, mid-week evening snack and sometimes my post-workout shake.

It’s filling, low in calories and high in proteins.

Here’s how to do it..

SERVINGS

About 2 .. If you are like me, then 1 :-)

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g frozen mixed berries

  • 1.5 dl Almond Milk

  • 1 Scoop of Whey Protein

  • 1 Banana (optional, for an even sweeter taste and smoother taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Calories 315 kcal

  • 26g Protein

  • 50g Carbs

  • 3g Fats

  • 6g Fiber

Micros

  • 7g Vitamin A

  • 20g Vitamin C

  • 37g Calcium

  • 7g Iron

  • 227mg Sodium ​​

TIPS

  • Bring in your own signature by experimenting and adding some of your favorite ingredients. This could be coconut milk, honey or kiwi.

  • Use whatever protein powder you love. I use this one.

  • Bring the taste to the next level by adding toppings that let you enjoy this recipe even more.

  • My favorites are Strawberries, Coconut Shreds, Granola, Cacao Nibs & Blueberries. Watch out – The more toppings, the more calories...The recipe could turn very fast from a lower to a higher calorie meal. Perfect for our bulking friends :-)

  • If you are like me and like it even creamier, use less milk. You can start by adding 0.5dl milk in the mixer and blend it. If it stops blending, add 0.2dl and blend again. The less milk you use, the creamier it gets.
